Pricing and Fee Guide

To help you understand the total cost of residency at Apex, the following fees and charges may apply in addition to monthly rent. Some fees are optional, and others are based on usage, eligibility, or approval.

One-Time Fees

• Application Fee: $21 per applicant (18 years and older; non-refundable)
• Lease Preparation Fee: $200 (non-refundable)
• Security Deposit: Starting at $500 with approved credit

Monthly Charges

• Internet: $25.45 per month
• Valet Trash: $18.36 per month
• Smart Home Technology Package: $4.59 per month
• Pet Rent (if applicable): $35 per month
• Garage (optional): $125 per month

Utilities

• Water and sewer are individually metered and billed through RealPage
• Common trash is billed based on unit square footage and number of occupants. Amount varies by household.
• Electric and gas utilities are the resident’s responsibility and must be set up separately

Preferred Employer Program

• Eligible residents may receive a waived Lease Preparation Fee and a $99 security deposit with approved credit
